Common Fabric is building infrastructure for what its CEO, Alex Komoroske, calls human-centric agentic computing. According to a sourced summary of an O'Reilly conversation held on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, Komoroske described the company's theory in a one-hour talk with Tim O'Reilly titled "Can We Build More-Human Technology?"

Komoroske is a cofounder and CEO of Common Fabric, a public benefit corporation. He previously worked at Google as a product manager and director of product management on Chrome, Google Maps, and Google Earth, and later ran corporate strategy at Stripe. He also coauthored the Resonant Computing Manifesto, which O'Reilly signed.

The manifesto lays out five principles for resonant technology: private, dedicated, plural, adaptable, and prosocial. Komoroske said resonant technology leaves users feeling nourished after use, while hollow technology leaves them feeling regret. He argued that the industry is good at delivering hollow experiences efficiently and poor at delivering resonant ones.

On privacy, Komoroske said he does not mean data is hidden from everyone, including the user. He means data is more useful when it is under the user's control
